We start with a deep, honest conversation—whether in person or over a video call if you are overseas. We talk about your loved one's medical needs, mobility, budget, and personality.
Vetting & The Shortlist
Research
I take your family's specific needs and create a shortlist of 2–4 fully vetted, reputable nursing homes or assisted living facilities in Jamaica that match your criteria.
Guided Facility Tours
Inspection
I schedule tours and accompany you. If living abroad, I act as your boots on the ground, checking facilities, cleanliness, and asking the tough clinical questions on your behalf.
Transition & Paperwork Support
Move-In
I help families navigate admissions paperwork, medical evaluations, and coordinate the move-in day to ensure a smooth, dignified, warm transition.

My dear, I work exclusively for you and your family, not the nursing homes. You pay my fee directly.
Yes. Communication via WhatsApp, video calls, and emails. I tour homes for you and show rooms live on video.
Emergency placements: 48–72 hours. Planned ahead: 2–3 weeks.
I visit homes, check staff ratios, cleanliness, doctor availability, and meals. Only homes meeting our Gold Standard are recommended.
Yes, only homes with the required medical and memory care support are shortlisted.
We guide gentle, honest conversations highlighting positives: community, safety, and reduced stress for the whole family.
